Who is Vendere? We are a Lead Generation Services firm recommended by multiple MSPs/Kaseya partners to increase their business. We work with leading manage service providers to increase their pipeline, shorten their sales cycle and ultimately increase their revenue. We have already amassed impressive experience with many partners. We believe in a targeted more narrow approach to our marketing intelligence which allows us to improve the lead to sales-closing ratio.
What does Vendere do? We schedule face-to-face appointments with C-level decision makers who have an interest in evaluating manage service solutions. All appointments meet the prequalification criteria established by clients, Vendere and the lead sales manager.
What makes us different? Rather than simply generating leads, we pre-qualify and nurture leads until an appointment is scheduled. We have the services and applications necessary to support every aspect of opportunity generation. We have seasoned prospect managers, program managers and support staff to ensure the success of any appointment generation campaign.

Process:

Database We have an established methodology for customer profiling, using our robust database which is continuously updated by our prospect managers. The data is comprised of organizations spanning every vertical and geographic location (international included). Vendere also has access to third party lead sources including Hoovers, Idexec and others. In addition, Vendere has valid contacts ranging from executive level (CEO, CFO, CIO) to C-Level (Sales Director, IT Director, etc.).
What do you receive for your investment? On average, you can expect two to three qualified appointments per week after the 30 day ramp up. In addition, you will receive recorded conversations on a weekly basis to help educate sales representatives on market conditions, provide market intelligence, improve our messaging and set expectations of the appointment with your sales representatives. Our Prospect Managers make over 1600 dials per month into your target market, assuring that the market is penetrated effectively and intelligently.
Deliverables:
- It is Vendere�s goal to schedule two to three appointments per week after a 30 day ramp up period.
- Vendere expects to make over 1600 dials per month in order to meet these goals
- Vendere will provide the Managed Service Provider with recorded conversations on a weekly basis to help in education of MSP/Kaseya Partners' services
- Vendere will provide Managed Service Provider with weekly reports around conversation activity which will be pulled from Vendere�s CRM system. All data involved in the campaign will be provided to MSP/Kaseya Partner at any time upon request.
- Vendere will provide the Managed Service Provider with an appointment qualification form (AQF) for each appointment to be attended by MSP/Kaseya Partner sales representatives. It is Vendere�s expectation that each AQF will be completed by the MSP sales representatives and review to determine qualification.
- Vendere will provide Managed Service Provider with any and all prospect lists, for purpose of the engagement, through resources currently available to Vendere. Vendere will not be responsible for the purchasing of any prospect lists. MSP/Kaseya Partners may provide Vendere with any prospect lists which they would like to be used.
- Vendere will not only schedule appointments but provide market research, analysis and be a true partner in their sales endeavors

What can I expect?
        As mentioned, our roadmap to maintaining a successful campaign begins with our ADAPT process. In the first stage, Awareness, Vendere allows one week for the Prospect Manager to prepare by providing product/service and marketplace training of the campaign. During this period, the Prospect Manager is assisted with compiling target lists, organizing their database, and strategizing the call approach. A key to our success includes your input. Our team will meet with your sales representative to customize the call scripts, create a Target Approach Mind Map and any other preparation deemed necessary.
        In the weeks to follow, the Prospect Manager penetrates the target market, making a minimum of 400 dials per week. The Prospect Manager is expected to record their conversations with decision makers. The Prospect Manager and your sales representative will meet via teleconference weekly to review recorded calls, successes, challenges, concerns, appointments attended and conversation results. The Prospect Manager will also be available via instant messenger, phone and e-mail as effective and constant communication is needed to stay on track of the campaign�s expectations.
        You can expect to receive on average of four qualified appointments per week after a 30 day ramp up period. Your sales rep and the Prospect Manager should have an established rapport and any changes to messaging, targets or methodology will be at a minimum but flexible. The pilot period usually lasts 90 days and it has been our experience that the majority of pilot campaigns turn into full-time engagements of six months or longer.
